Our bach is centrally located on the Palliser Bay Coast, on 20 acres of coastal land, with our home nearby. The grey bach has a private deck with unobstructed views to the sea. Recently painted but still retains the kiwiana bach feeling. Cosy and comfortable. Log fire for those cosy winter days and evenings. A hop skip and jump to the sea. The Ngawi Golf Course just a couple of minutes down the road, in the Ngawi Fishing Village.
Special conditions:
3 day {long weekends} require a 3 night booking.
All other nights are 2 night bookings please.
Maximum occupancy is 5 guests
No dogs allowed.
No parties are permitted.
No tents
We have a television, with freeview only. No DVD.
Smoking permitted OUTSIDE ONLY. Guest must dispose of their butts, and not leave them lying around. Please leave the. bach clean and tidy. We keep our charges to a minimum and don't charge a cleaning fee, assuming guest will clean up after themselves. However, there is the option of a $50 cleaning fee, if you prefer not to clean up at the end of your stay. Please do not leave your rubbish in the fire box and take all rubbish with you.

Extras: Cleaning (Optional, NZ$50.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels), tea/coffee, condiments, bathroom requirements etc.

Summary: We loved our time at the Grey Bach - Malcolm and Julie were great hosts, and the property is small but has everything you need, including gorgeous sea views. There's a beach right down the path where the kids loved making bonfires and roasting marshmallows, and it's an easy walk/bike ride or 1 min drive to Ngawi village, where you can see all the tractors, get ice cream, fish n chips etc. We loved being near Cape Palliser too and going to see the seals. All in all, great house, great location!
